FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is only when order is place for products over 300usd and if it is below then Standard Ground shipping will be done. Additionally, Free refunds are done for all domestic . For international orders and shipping below are the charges.

SHIPPING TIME
FOR GROUND SHIPPING: Orders which are registered at around 12pm EST are later on shipped out within the same business days. But if orders are received after 12pm EST then shipment is only done on the next business day.
EXPRESS ORDERS: Also known as Overnight Express, Here a 2-Day Shipping orders is shipped out the same day once order received around 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ORDER
internationally shipping is at the best service and rates more than anywhere else. The International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout and varies with respect different countries and regions. The prices for all products include express shipping and paid duties, All the cost will include door to door delivery. Once all is done your shipping is set to proceed.
SHIPPING VIA POX OFFICE
Hightimesweedshop only ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are not able to function couriers services to these locations.
Shipping to Military Address
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS.
Product Out Of Stock
If after your order has been place and the item purchased is out of stock, it will be our responsibility to make the product available and proceed with the packaging and shipping. If an additional product is in the order. we will keep them safe and combine with the other and later on proceed with the shipping process.
If there are any Damages
If you realize that your order is damaged , if possible, It is your right to reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service as soon as possible. But if the product gets delivered without our awareness and you later on realized any damages, please still contact us so that we can resolve the issue.
Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments Import duties and taxes may be paid during arrival in destination country. This depends by country, Customers are advised to go through this payments before proceeding with placing your order. If in any case a client refuses to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your country, then the product will be sent back the origin under the client’s expenses, and then will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If Cancelling
If you cancel order before shipping, then are ready to accept cancellation of order before shipping. But If an order has already been dispatched, please kindly refer to our refund policy.
Insurance
Your Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Process for parcel lost in-transit
A refund will be processed or replaced once the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
During dispatch of the parcel, customers will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
